You can now request a “Bag of Books” to access our materials while services inside our building are limited.
Pick up a request form from the library or download the form PDF using the link provided at the bottom of this page. Complete the form and return it to the library. We’ll place holds on up to 5 items that match your specified interests. While we will do our best, be aware that we may not be able to locate all of the items matching your request.
To use this service, you’ll need a library card. If you don’t have a card, call the library for details on how to obtain one.
We typically fill requests quickly when our library has the items on our shelves. If we must request items from other Cochise County libraries, it generally takes a little longer due to transit time and quarantining items for several days.
You’ll receive notification when materials are ready to pick up. Library staff will contact you if they have questions about your request. Once ready, we’ll hold your items for 7 days.

Would you prefer to request specific titles? Use the online catalog instead:
- Log into your library account at www.cochiselibrary.org. You’ll need your library card ID number and 4 number PIN in order to place holds on titles. Call the library if you need access to those numbers.
No Internet connection? No problem:
- Library staff can look up titles/authors and place the holds for you.
- We can provide a hard copy list of Sunsites Library’s collection titles for your reference.
